Three times during 2020 after the COVID-19 Pandemic hit our community, Operation Red White & Blue held community drives to collect items for gift bags to be delivered to our elderly veterans who were locked up in assisted living and nursing facilities. Unable to see their loved ones or who had very little human contact other than the healthcare providers at the facilities, we wanted them to know we have not forgotten about them or their service to this country.  It was a great success as we were able to deliver over 300 gift bags to veterans in Granbury, Weatherford, Stephenville, Glen Rose, and Cleburne!
